Dr. Thomas E. Fernandez - the first ICC Thailand Incoterms® 2020 Registered Trainer. Dr. Fernandez has completed the Incoterms® 2020 Certificate and Online Examination for Incoterms® 2020 Registered Trainers from ICC Academy.

Dr. Fernandez started his career in freight forwarding and logistics in 1984 in Germany. He moved to Thailand to work for German Multinationals and local Thai logistics companies, covering Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos. He is a lecturer and researcher at the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC) for Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
