The IE Smart Trade Venture Day which ICC is hosting with IE University. This project is led by the ICC Centre for Entrepreneurship, which aims to connect our organization with the next generation of business leaders.

The Venture Day is a global challenge for startups that seeks to find compelling smart trade initiatives related to a post-COVID-19 world.

 THE EVENT

The event, in the form of a startup competition, has been designed to nurture the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and to connect startups, investors, corporations, accelerators and government institutions. 

This year, ICC will co-organise a virtual IE Smart Trade Venture Day on 29 September to offer a global startup competition for early stage companies working in "smart trade" projects related to the post-COVID-19 rebuild – especially those focused on trade digitalisation, health, supply chain resilience, trade finance and all issues and solutions relevant to SMEs.

Five pre-selected candidates will be invited to pitch their projects during the online event on 29 September to a jury composed of international experts from IE, ICC and other multilateral organisations.
