1. ATA Carnet System

The ATA Carnet is an international customs document. "a passport for goods" created in the early 1960s to facilitate temporary duty-free imports of commercial samples, professional equipment and goods for trade fairs and exhibitions. The system operates within the framework of international customs conventions which are administered by the World Customs Organization (WCO). ATA Carnets are delivered to enterprises through a network of chambers of commerce and similar organizations affiliated to the ATA international guarantee chain, which is managed by the IBCC World ATA Canet Council. The ATA Carnet System is currently in operation in 56 trading nations around the world, with approximately 200 000 Carnets issued every year, for goods valued at almost US$ 12 billion. The ATA Carnet is an excellent example of how close cooperation between business and customs can contribute to facilitating international trade. The ATA is available at Board of Trade of Thailand

2. ICC Commercial Crime Services

ICC's anti-crime services help companies to avoid the potentially ruinous consequences of falling victim to commercial crime. Commercial Crime Services (CCS) have been advising companies on crime prevention and security since the early 1980s. CCS maintains databases on criminal methods and activities, carries out investigations and works with law enforcement agencies. CCS is active in crime prevention and investigation in these specific areas: - Piracy and shipping fraud - Financial and investment fraud - Product counterfeiting - Cybercrime

3. International Court of Arbitration

For most of this century, the International Chamber of Commerce has been the world's leading organization in the field of international commercial dispute resolution. Established in 1923 as the arbitration body of ICC, the International Court of Arbitration has pioneered international commercial arbitration as it is known today. The Court took the lead in securing the worldwide acceptance of arbitration as the most effective way of resolving international commercial disputes. Since its creation, the Court has administered some 10 000 international arbitration cases involving parties and arbitrators from more than 170 countries and territories. Demand for its services grows year by year in line with the expansion of international trade and the rapid globalization of the world economy.

4. ICC Institute of World Business Law

The Institute's main objectives are research, training and the dissemination of information among practitioners and scholars in the field of international business law. Its programme of activities includes seminars and conference covering arbitration, international contracts, as well as the emerging domains of "transnational" law, created by new technologies and new financial practices. Led by its Council, composed of 40 eminent authorities appointed by the President of ICC, the Institute constitute forum for academics, lawyers and executives.

5. ICC International Bureau of Chambers of Commerce (IBCC)

The IBCC provides a forum where chambers from all over the world exchange experiences in order to improve their performance in areas such as chamber organization, management and services.
